Functional overview

As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will be the driving force behind our demand generation efforts in the North American and Australian markets. Your role will involve developing and executing strategies to generate high-quality leads to meet sales targets. This is a crucial role that works closely with the Sales teams, requiring strong communication skills and a proactive approach.

Duties and responsibilities

  1. Develop and manage a robust lead generation strategy to generate qualified leads.
  2. Leverage a mix of inbound marketing, email marketing, and digital marketing strategies.
  3. Collaborate with the Sales team to execute targeted marketing campaigns.
  4. Conduct research to identify potential accounts, key decision-makers, and generate interest.
  5. Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects, and engage sales executives for next steps.
  6. Provide regular reporting on lead generation performance and recommendations for improvement.

Minimum competencies

  1. Strong understanding of lead generation strategies and best practices in a SaaS sales environment.
  2. Proven ability to exceed lead targets and KPIs.
  3. Proficient in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce), and other sales and marketing automation tools.
  4. Ability to manage multiple marketing channels effectively.
  5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  6. Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Minimum qualifications

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 2 years' experience in a lead generation role in a SaaS sales environment.
  3. Experience working in or with the North American and/or Australian markets.
  4. Willingness to work in a schedule that matches North American and/or Australian business hours.
