About the Role:
As a Service Delivery Supervisor at Servicepoint, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing key service delivery areas, ensuring that the team consistently meets and exceeds client expectations. Your role will involve leading incident management, customer service, project administration, and project management efforts to deliver high-quality outcomes. Additionally, you will manage staff deployment to ensure optimal coverage and service delivery at all times.
The main responsibilities of a Service Delivery Supervisor include:
- Project Management: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects. Use your project management expertise to create value for your team and ensure successful outcomes.
- Incident Management: Oversee the effective resolution of incidents, support your team’s incident handling processes, and drive improvements to enhance efficiency.
