The main responsibilities of a Financial Systems Analyst (Coupa) include:

We are looking for a Financial System Analyst to join our IT team and provide support for our financial systems (Coupa, Netsuite, Blackline, Egencia, SureTax, Commissions tool). This individual will be responsible for supporting and extending the applications with configurations, while working with our international teams for production support and enhancement requests. The candidate should have working experience with Coupa, Blackline,SureTax, Egencia and commissions tool.The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a globally dispersed, remote environment flexible to adjust with different time zones.

  • Administration and support of Coupa for Procurement, Expense Management and Coupa Pay
  • Support other financial applications like Blackline, Egencia, SureTax and Commissions tool
  • Collaborate with our international IT & Business teams for support 
  • Work on Jira tickets for Financial system issues, bugs or enhancement requests
  • Troubleshoot issues and perform root cause analysis, document fixes
  • Communicate to stakeholders to understand support requests, requirements & testing
  • Participate in testing and quality assurance activities
  • Document processes and procedures related to financial systems
  • Support testing of Coupa release upgrade activities, manage support cases for different systems
