Functional overview
POSITION: Remote Account Manager
We are a fast growing property tech company that supports retailers and brands.
We are looking for Remote Account Manager to drive business growth and help continuously grow our client portfolio.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage and support existing accounts with leasing their spaces through our marketplace (booking, cancellations, refunds etc.)
- Cold emailing/calling owners (landlords) to generate new listings for our flatform based on leads list:
ADDITIONAL MAIN TASKS:
- Acquire landlord accounts specifically shopping centers across US and Europe
- Lead sales activities such as email campaigns and cold calling
- Conduct video call presentation of our product/software tool to potential clients
- Conduct other operation/admin tasks such as process improvement for the sales team
YOUR PROFILE:
- Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's/College Degree in Business, Communications, or releant experience in Manager level
- Several years experience as Account Manger or Sales Representative
- Several years experience as Telemarketing/sales
- Perfect English command
- Experience in commercial real estate, ideally retail
- Experience with online tools like Google Docs and Zendesk
