Amkor Technology, Inc., one of the world's largest providers of outsourced (OSAT) semiconductor packaging, design, and test services, is looking for Jr. ServiceNow Administrator.

Duties and responsibilities include:

• Performs the day-to-day administration of ServiceNow platform.
• Maintain the stability and usability of the platform.
• Manage support for incidents
• Assist upgrade planning and execution.

Required Qualifications:

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline or equivalent experience
• Jr. ServiceNow admin (less than 1 year of experience may be acceptable)
• Experience with ServiceNow
• Certified ServiceNow admin
• Successful programming in Java
• Willing to work from 7AM - 4:00PM.
• Willing to be assigned in Filinvest Corp City One Griffinstone Bldg. Alabang, Muntinlupa City.

Desired Qualifications:

• Exposure to ITIL concepts
• Experience with Office 365
• ITIL Foundations Certified
