• 3-5 years of solid experience in Accounting 
• Proficiency in accounting software
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Experience with financial reporting tools
• General Ledger and Reconciliation expertise
• Compliance and audit readiness
• Experience in automation tools/process improvement

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, or any related courses (very nice to have)
• A CPA license or equivalent certification is a plus
• Experience with multinational accounting practices
• Exposure to budgeting and forecasting tools
• Experience in process improvement
