KMC’s HR Data Team is seeking a detail-oriented and insightful Power BI Analyst to play a crucial role in optimizing our talent acquisition strategies. You will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and analyzing key recruitment metrics to provide actionable insights that drive efficiency, improve candidate experience, and support our overall business objectives. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, proficiency in data visualization, and excellent communication skills to effectively present findings to stakeholders.

  • Report Generation and Analysis: Generate regular ad-hoc reports, and enhance and maintain Power BI dashboards to monitor performance, identify trends, and highlight areas for improvement.
  • Data Collection and Management: Design and implement robust data collection methods across all stages of the recruitment lifecycle, ensuring data accuracy and integrity within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other relevant platforms
  • Metrics Development and Tracking: Identify, define, and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to recruitment, such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, source of hire effectiveness, candidate conversion rates, and diversity metrics.
  • Insight Generation and Recommendations: Analyze recruitment data to identify key insights, patterns, and opportunities. Translate complex data into clear, concise, and actionable recommendations for optimizing recruitment processes and strategies.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with the Talent Acquisition team, HR Business Partners, and Client Services Managers to understand their reporting needs and provide data-driven insights to support their decision-making.
  • Predictive Analytics (Desired): Explore and implement predictive analytics techniques to forecast future recruitment needs and identify potential challenges proactively.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve existing reporting processes and data management practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Data Integrity and Compliance: Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and maintain the confidentiality of recruitment data.
  • System Proficiency: Maintain a strong understanding of our ATS and other HR technology platforms to effectively extract and analyze data.
  • Presentation and Communication: Present data findings and recommendations in a clear, concise, and visually appealing manner to various audiences.
  • Degree in Computer Science, Human Resources, Business Administration, Statistics, Data Science, or any related field.
  • Proficient in Power BI with at least 3-4 years in building dashboards and connecting to databases
  • With at least advanced knowledge in DAX, SQL, and M (Power Query)
  • Proven experience (typically 3-4 years) in a reporting and analytics role, preferably within a recruitment or HR function.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and draw meaningful conclusions.
  • Excellent proficiency in data analysis tools and software, including MS Excel (advanced skills in formulas, pivot tables, charting, data visualization)
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Familiarity with HR metrics and recruitment best practices.
  • Experience with statistical analysis software is a plus.
  • Knowledge of predictive analytics techniques in the context of talent acquisition.
