Key Responsibilities

  • Record day-to-day financial transactions (sales, purchases, receipts, and payments)
  • Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts
  • Process accounts payable and receivable
  • Prepare invoices, payments, and financial reports
  • Reconcile bank and credit card statements
  • Manage payroll processing and related tax filings
  • Assist in budgeting and financial forecasting
  • Maintain organized financial records for audit and reporting purposes
  • Support month-end and year-end close processes
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
  • Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Bachelor's preferred)
  • 2+ years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting
  • Proficiency in accounting software, specifically QuickBooks
  • Strong knowledge of US GAAP
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office tools
