Serve as a key liaison between Tier 1 and Tier 2 support teams, ensuring seamless communication, timely escalations, and operational efficiency. Lead team meetings, analyze performance data, support stakeholder engagement, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Provide guidance to new hires and assist with special projects while maintaining alignment across recruitment and support functions.

● Lead and facilitate weekly team calls, ensuring clear communication and alignment.

● Extract and analyze reports, monitor key trends, and communicate findings to the Tier 2 team.

● Serve as the primary escalation point for the Tier 1 support team, providing guidance and resolution.

● Respond to inquiries from various stakeholders in a timely and informative manner.

● Communicate effectively with hiring managers and recruiters on relevant matters.

● Support new hires by providing necessary information and guidance.

● Proactively identify and recommend opportunities to improve team efficiency and processes.

● Conduct weekly meetings with the Tier 1 KMC team.

● Provide assistance with special projects as needed.

● Act as a backup for the Tier 2 team, providing support and handling responsibilities as required 

● Proven experience with Workday, ServiceNow, HireRight, Greenhouse, Excel, and Google Workspace.

● 2-4 years of experience in a similar role is preferred.

● Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.

● Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

● Ability to analyze data and identify trends.

● Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
