The Engineering Manager is primarily responsible in leading its assigned sites / cluster and overseeing the engineering operations which includes the maintenance and repair of all installed equipment, machineries, devices and other related facilities repair and maintenance. They should be equipped with technical knowledge in the day-to-day operations of basic facilities management, and small-to-mid-scale project management.
The Engineering Manager will train, and evaluate Engineering team members; develop, review, improve and streamline policies, systems, and procedures; and ensure the facilities and equipment operate smoothly and efficiently. This position shall also assist and provide strategy in the development and enforcement of the department budget for the year; delegate tasks and track progress on tickets, and upcoming and ongoing projects; workforce planning and management; vendor management; and planning and organizing events, which may include training sessions, interviews, new hire trainings, and policy or procedure updates relevant to the Engineering Department.
This position will lead the engineers and technicians in performing all required duties and responsibilities; also responsible in ensuring that routine facility works and processes are carried out in the safest, most time efficient and cost-effective way possible. They should be analytical, knowledgeable, and organized with a proactive and helpful attitude and strong leadership skills.

- Provide leadership and direction to Engineering Supervisors and Technicians regarding facility operation and scope/quality of services.
- Oversee and manage assigned sites and cluster, its day-to-day work, and repairs and maintenance of all equipment
- Monitor and ensure site facilities tickets and issues completion within SLA.
- Project Management – small / mid scale builds and/or renovations
- Supervise renovations, facilities repairs, and works
- Manage roving personnel
- Track progress and overall completion of projects
- Schedule & Monitor Office Equipment PM (civil, electrical, mechanical equipment and fire protection)
- Implement all Monitoring Forms & Generate Reports
- Daily monitoring, assigning and closing of tickets filed via facilities ticketing system within SLA
- Incident Reporting

- Ensure that the facilities and office equipment are show-ready and fully functioning 
- Coordinate with building administrator for various facility matters.
- Supervise the quarterly inventory of fixed assets.
- Coordinates with Procurement for deliveries (Supplies and Equipment)
- Prepare PR and seek quotation from vendors
- Prepare the team for any scheduled internal audit
- Coordinate facilities / building issues
- Conduct site routine inspection
- Estimate and order supplies repairs parts as needed Facilities maintenance including but not limited to electrical and civil works supplies
- Train, develop and evaluate Engineering team members
- Develop, review, improve and streamline policies, systems, and procedures
- Assist and provide strategy in the development and enforcement of the department budget
- Workforce planning and management;
- Plan and organize training sessions, interviews, new hire trainings, and policy or procedure updates relevant to the Engineering Department.
- Keep Leadership Team informed of all the activities and incidence in the Engineering Department specially show-readiness issues.
- Can work holidays and on call on weekends during emergency situations , Amenable to work on a different shift based on client and operational needs

- Candidate must be a licensed Engineer, a graduate of any Engineering related course
- Must have at least five (10) years of working experience in the field of Building, Facilities, and equipment maintenance
- Must have at least five (5) years of working experience in managing a team
Computer literate (Microsoft Office) and AutoCAD.
