We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Junior Customer Success Manager to join our team, dedicated to supporting our Growth segment. In this role, you will be at the forefront of ensuring a seamless customer experience, focusing on responding to customer inquiries, guiding customers through the onboarding process, and providing timely advice to address their needs. You will also play a key role in managing customer escalations and maintaining data hygiene by updating portfolio information, contributing to the overall success and satisfaction of our customers.

The main responsibilities of a Customer Success Manager include:

  • Work with Talkdesk’s valuable customers to understand their needs and help them succeed
  • Assist in customer onboarding and ensuring all the steps of it is fulfilled 
  • Ongoing support throughout the customer lifecycle, primarily focused on prompt responsiveness and fast resolution of customer inquiries 
  • Help customers implement their cloud-based call center to achieve strategic business goals and objectives
  • Ensure that our customers get the most out of their investment in Talkdesk
  • Understand why customers use Talkdesk and how they can derive more value from the product
  • Find opportunities for customers to increase their usage of Talkdesk
  • Discover and analyze gaps in the customer experience that may lead to customer attrition. Work cross-functionally with others to address such gaps
  • Provide feedback to the product team concerning customers’ requests for product enhancements
