We are looking for a data-driven analyst who is passionate about delivering critical insights to enable better decision making about our client's most important asset - our people. You will develop a deep understanding of the employee experience, including recruiting, onboarding, organizational health, engagement, diversity, inclusion and talent development. You will develop and launch dashboards and reports that help move the client forward, calling out risks or opportunities, and serve as a strategic thought partner to the client's leadership in support of long-term company growth. This is a highly visible analytical role that requires interaction and partnership with leaders across the organization. 

You have a unique mix of technical skills and business-process expertise and can not only understand our people and what is most important, but can also proactively develop and maintain reports and analytics to help us achieve our ambitious goals. You are passionate about telling stories with data to drive decision-making.

 

  • Php 2k internet reimbursement on top of allowance
  • Partner with business and HR leaders to develop people reporting strategy and supporting KPIs across the employee lifecycle.
  • Own and develop reports that highlight key variances, opportunities, and issues to senior leaders in easily digestible formats
  • Distill data into the most relevant insights and communicate with / educate key stakeholder groups across the business.
  • Create effective data visualizations, reports, and analytical solutions that provide stakeholders access to critical metrics and insights
  • Work with cross-functional teams across to improve people data quality and make shared metrics available across the business.

 

  • Experience in people analytics, or a background in a highly quantitative field Advanced knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets; proficiency in writing and optimizing SQL queries. Experience with reporting tools such as Looker, Tableau, and Power BI. a plus.
  • Knowledge of Data Warehousing, Data Marts and reporting objects such as facts, dimensions, relationships, hierarchies, and calculations
  • Strong understanding of data tables across multiple data sources; prior knowledge of and experience with recruiting applicant tracking systems, HRIS, and recruiting sourcing tools.
  • Experience in human resource and recruiting process operational reporting models is a plus
  • Exceptional ability to visually present and communicate data, analyses, and findings. Keen eye for details and aptitude for working with data
  • You must be self-motivated and enjoy working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

 

  • Knowledge of Python and its data analysis libraries (e.g. Pandas)
  • Knowledge of basic statistical methods
  • Familiarity with ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) practices and tools
  • Degree in a quantitative field (e.g. math, finance, computer science, engineering, or industrial/organizational psychology)
