XTN-6CD5722 | OPERATIONS AND ENABLEMENT ANALYST

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Operations and Enablement Analyst to join our offshore team in Manila. This role will support the operations and enablement functions by identifying process improvements, supporting key projects, and managing data-driven initiatives that enhance efficiency and enablement across departments. This position is essential to our efforts to drive operational excellence, foster cross-functional collaboration, and enable teams with the resources needed to succeed.

The main responsibilities of a Operations and Enablement Analyst include:

• Process Improvement
  • Assist in mapping, documenting, and optimizing processes within the operations and enablement functions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify bottlenecks and recommend process improvements.
  • Support the implementation of process optimization initiatives to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
• Enablement Support
  • Assist in the development and execution of enablement resources, such as training materials, guides, and knowledge bases, to equip teams with necessary tools and information.
  • Manage enablement platforms and tools to ensure resources are accessible and updated.
  • Support training sessions and onboarding programs for new tools or processes.
• Data Management & Reporting
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data to support operational reporting and decision-making.
  • Generate and distribute regular reports to track KPIs, project status, and operational metrics.
  • Identify trends and provide actionable insights to support continuous improvement efforts.
• Project Leadership
  • Provide project management support for enablement initiatives, tracking project milestones, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate with project stakeholders, monitor project progress, and ensure timely completion of project tasks.
  • Prepare project documentation, presentations, and updates for key stakeholders.
• Stakeholder Collaboration
  • Work closely with internal teams, including Legal, Compliance, People Experience, Security, and Government Relations, to support operations and enablement activities.
  • Serve as a point of contact for inquiries related to operational processes, project updates, and enablement resources.
