We are looking for a dynamic recruitment & onboarding coordinator to join our growing team in Manila. The successful candidate will be responsible for the smooth and warm welcome experience for new hires. This role involves coordinating all aspects of the onboarding process, from preonboarding activities through the first day of employment. Responsibilities will include assisting with recruitment planning and logistics, reporting, candidate management including screening and talent pooling, onboarding activities and referral programs.

The main responsibilities of a Recruitment & Onboarding Coordinator include:

  • Support with the preparation of job postings and pre-screening criteria based on department requisitions. 
  • Act as point person for candidate enquiries and/or business enquiries
  • Assist with providing candidate feedback
  • Provide support with managing and tracking employee referrals
  • Managing the posting of job advertisements
  • Provide assistance with responding to candidate queries
  • Helping to ensure the smooth onboarding of new joiners. 
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
