The main responsibilities of a Netsuite Financial Systems Analyst include:

We are looking for a Financial System Analyst to join our IT team and provide support for our financial systems, specifically NetSuite. This individual will be responsible for administering and extending the applications with code and configurations, while also supporting our international team with production support and enhancement requests. The candidate should have the experience with NetSuite SuiteScript, SuiteFlow development.The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a globally dispersed, remote environment flexible to adjust with different time zones.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administration and support of NetSuite ERP, including our billing engine Zone Advanced Billing (ZAB)
  • Support Netsuite Advanced Revenue Management (ARM) module - Manage configurations, support bug fixes and enhancements, test changes
  • Develop and extend NetSuite functionality using SuiteScript, SuiteFlow
  • Collaborate with our international IT & Business teams for support 
  • Work on Jira tickets for Netsuite issues, bugs or enhancement requests
  • Troubleshoot issues and perform root cause analysis, document fixes
  • Communicate to stakeholders to understand support requests, requirements & testing
  • Participate in testing and quality assurance activities
  • Document processes and procedures related to financial systems
  • Support testing of Netsuite release upgrade activities, manage support cases
