Agility Research & Strategy is currently looking for a dynamic candidate to fill our Research Manager/Senior Research Manager position.

The Role
The ideal candidate will be responsible for project management and delivery of multi-country market research projects to key clients. Specifically to:
· Design, manage and deliver both quantitative and qualitative work across premium categories.
· Ensure that projects are resourced and implemented correctly and all day-to-day client and internal team liaison runs smoothly, to the satisfaction of the client, within budget and on time.
· Allocate internal and/or external resources to successfully complete each project.
Desired Skills and Experience
· At least 4 years proven experience in similar role in a research agency
· Enjoy being hands-on with the end-to-end research process, from writing proposals to managing projects to analysis and reporting
· Proud to deliver only quality work with completeness and accuracy, esp. within tight deadlines
· Must be organized and self-motivated with a keen attention to detail
· Able to work remotely and independently, as well as be part of a team
· Strong analytical mind and ability to solve problems
· Strategic foresight for identifying the right partners
· Able to work in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment
· Capable of thinking outside the box and generating creative ideas
· Excellent command of both written and spoken English
· Strong computer skills in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
