White Horse Laboratories, a Western-owned and operated independent, third-party electronics test laboratory based in China is looking for a Quality Control Manager to join their growing Team in Manila

To apply for Electronic And Mechanical Engineering, you are excellent at:

• Supporting in implementation and participate in the continuous improvement effort in the areas of Quality, ESD and laboratory accreditation Management System (ISO 9001, ISO 17025, ANSIESDS20.20)
• Ensuring quality control system, product quality and process control, internal audit, and trainings. meet company and customers’ requirement.
• Ensuring written instructions / procedures are developed and implemented for all QA functions and QA inspectors are trained/ certified.
• Ensuring all processes compliant with company's quality standards, procedures, and operation documents.
• Following up all customers complaints and give a clear and on time feedback to customers.
• Being a management representative for all QMS; customer and third party’s audits.
• Overall direction, coordination, and training of all facilities employees

Your Success Profile includes:

• A bachelor’s degree in any engineering field (electronic)
• A proven experience as Quality Manager. At least 5 years developing the same position in a production company better is related to PCBA.
• Knowledge of production process such as PCBA, PCB and Electronic Components
• Strong knowledge and understanding of ISO 9001, ISO 17025 or similar quality systems and experience in facing quality audits.
• An excellent team management and communication skills.
