- Handling inquiries, registrations, and follow-ups in a timely manner and fulfilling client needs at every stage of the process.
- Collecting and maintaining accurate client data and maintaining client records using company systems.
- Assist Registered Migration Agent in the preparation of various kinds of applications and documents.
- Filling up application forms and following up on the process with education providers to ensure timely processing.
- Answering phone calls and making a log to ensure positive communications with clients.
- Tracking and managing client life cycle pipeline. • Managing caseload efficiently to meet deadlines by using our CRM system.
- Always acting professionally and practicing responsible business ethics as per the code of ethics.
- Attending any training sessions provided by education providers or the company internally to improve professionalism
- Present company value/benefits offerings and a complete array of services.
- Additional duties as required for the role.
- Experience in the Migration/Education industry will be highly valued
- Must have the ability to prioritize tasks and work as part of a team
- A keen interest in further developing your technical skills in the field of migration law and policy.
- Must be fluent in English
- Good attention to detail
- Must be good in Computers that includes Microsoft office and outlook skills
