The Purpose Driven Career Objectives of an IT Asset Management Analyst
- As a member of the IT Support team, provide support to users worldwide
- Prepare procurement documents and administer the procurement life cycle for Zoom IT assets.
- Work closely with the finance team to ensure proper and timely payment processing, budget reconciliation, credit card reconciliation, asset disposal, and annual hardware audit.
- Assist with the on/off-boarding process to ensure the hardware service request tickets are handled timely and efficiently.
- Assist with vendor management to ensure vendors are meeting and delivering services that meet Zoom’s standard and expectation.
- Provision hardware for new hires and ship IT equipment from the warehouse
- Analyze and prioritize incoming requests tickets; on-boarding, off-boarding
- Assist with the oversight of the month-end close activities and processes, including review of financial invoices and journal entries.
To apply for IT Asset Management Analyst, you are excellent at:
- Create purchase orders (PO) and work with the accounting team to review receipts for all IT hardware and assets in Netsuite.
- Maintains records and databases on all assets within the organization related to IT, hardware and software. Prepare IT spending and budgeting reports on a regular basis for Management review.
- Assist in monitoring and forecasting of IT asset inventory.
Your Success Profile includes:
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or MIS or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 2 years experience in providing product and asset procurement for IT or similar technology companies in a fast pace and dynamic environment
- Working knowledge of Helpdesk ticket system (ServiceNow) and ERP system (NetSuite)
- Strong profiency with MacOS, Windows, Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint)
- Strong profiency with data analysis and reporting skills
- Ability to participate in multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communications
- Possess a professional attitude and work ethic in addition to being well organized and efficient
- Ability to deal with unforeseen situations and come up with logical solutions to these problems
- Ability to understand business processes and ability to translate business requirements into operational processes
- Strong team player with service-oriented attitude and customer focus mindset
- Able to lift 40lbs.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills with a high level of initiative and attention to detail and a strong focus on accuracy
- Excellent business communication skills to effectively document results, instructions, and recommendations, with demonstrated ability to effectively communicate basic technical information verbally and in writing to non-technical personnel
- Able to manage multiple and concurrent vendors and projects.
- Detail-oriented and adept at negotiating vendor contracts
