The Digital Analytics Visualization Analyst role will be responsible for client management, advanced implementations of Google Analytics and/or Adobe Analytics, auditing and troubleshooting existing configurations, reporting, dashboards and education to improve clients’ digital marketing initiatives. As well, due to their love and passion for clean and effective dashboards, the Digital Analytics Visualization Analyst will be responsible for special projects related to dashboarding.
To apply for Functional/Business Technology, you are excellent at:
- Supporting InfoTrust’s consulting engagements by creating dashboards in Power BI using a variety of data sources, primarily Google Analytics and Big Query
- Identifying client objectives, develop KPI framework and map suitable analytics solutions to ensure that all required performance data can be reliably tracked and reported
- Producing analytics audit reports for corrective or advanced tracking and data collection architectures
- Validating analytics implementations for enhanced data collection practices
- Leading reporting for clients by creating reporting requirements, mock-ups, providing input on data models, building production dashboards and validating reporting and documenting deliverables
- Identifying client objectives and map suitable analytics solutions, ensure that all required performance data can be reliably tracked and reported
- Educating clients on the importance of online measurement and provide best practice guidance for technical aspects of analytics.
- Providing instruction and best practices on campaign tagging and additional on-site tracking
- Providing guidance to data analysts to produce marketing dashboards via Google Docs and various APIs (e.g., Google Analytics)
- Training clients on Suite 360 products such as Google Analytics and Google Data Studio
- Working with some of the largest brands in the CPG, Retail, and News & Media Industries
Your Success Profile includes:
- 2 years experience utilizing or implementing Google Analytics and/or Adobe Analytics
- 2 years experience with Power BI and/or Data Studio
- 2 years SQL Database experience, preferably BigQuery
- Tech Savvy: Ability to pick up on new technology quickly
- Great communication skills, with the ability to lead calls with clients and other partners
- Real passion for helping clients solve complex business and marketing questions
- Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple projects
- Project Management experience - you know what it is like creating raving fans
- A self-starter mindset that seeks knowledge and expertise in digital analytics
