Agility Research & Strategy is currently looking for a dynamic candidate who is a local citizen or a PR, to fill the position of Senior Manager Data Analytics & Consumer Insights for the Insights Platform AFFLUENTIAL.
AFFLUENTIAL is a leading subscription-based platform offering insights and data to leading luxury brands across different luxury verticals, looking to gain affluent consumers’ market share.

The Role:
The job entails helping the operation team analyse data from Quantitative and Qualitative studies, other data sources, social media and our own syndicated research, to provide valuable insights to our clients, with particular emphasis in uncovering:
- temporal trends from multi period dataset
- segments within larger sample sets
- creating personas out of several relevant variables
- incorporate alternative, external data sources, like digital and 3rd party data, into the narrative, when appropriate
- data modelling
- ingesting various data sets and drawing out insights across multiple verticals
AFFLUENTIAL PRODUCT
· Design and execution of dashboards for clients' use
· Execute and automate reporting and be responsible for the management of AFFLUENTIAL’s data platform DATAVAULT
· Be able to manage complex structured and unstructured data
· Deliver presentations to key global clients
· Playing key role in sales strategies/sales support, helping BD team to articulate each research study benefits for clients
· Develop a deep understanding of client expectations and data needs
· Ensuring range of services, both analytical and platforms, are aligned with client needs
TEAM
· Working and training of junior staff & managing a team
· Collaborating with other Directors in global offices to share knowledge, resources and best practice
Desired Skills and Experience
What we are looking for is
· Sc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering, Consumer Insights or relevant field; graduate degree in Data Science or other quantitative field is preferred
· Proven experience in similar role with strong data analysis / statistical skills required
· Strong analytical mind and ability to solve problems, but also a flair for storytelling to communicate to clients and bring insights to life
· Experience using business intelligence tools (e.g. Tableau, MarketSight, SPSS)
· Excellent communication and presentation skills
· Excellent command of marketing research terminology and principles
· Excellent command of both written and spoken English
· Great attention to detail
