The main responsibilities of a Mid Market Account Executive (For Pooling) include:
- Qualifying leads and identifying prospect needs, engaging technical resources and closing the deals to exceed sales and product objectives.
- Creating client demos/ presentations, quotes/ proposals, and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
- Conducting high-level conversations with C-Level and VP -Level Executives to address client's needs
- Developing new business opportunity and maintain business relation within existing accounts
- Ensuring to provide accurate sales activity tracking and status on Salesforce (CRM)
- Working with management to provide forecasts, identify trending opportunities/challenges, and provide recommended solutions. Resolving client issues and escalate issues to manager
- Conducting outbound sales activities which includes 40 cold calls daily, email campaigns, 2 Zoom Meetings to effectively close business
