INT-44C3239 | ACCOUNTS PAYABLE INTERN

The Finance Intern is responsible to ensure the quality of data recording in accounting transactions, closely coordinate other departments and sections to ensure compliance for preparation of financial reporting.

The main responsibilities of a Finance Intern include:

• Shadowing members of the Accounting department as they perform their duties.
• Assisting with filing, data entry.
• Reconciliation of Customer Ledger Accounts.
• Reconciliation of Aging Balances
• Scanning, sorting, encoding filing and proper storage of finance files.
• OR and Invoices monitoring.
• Vendor and Client queries handling.
• Scanning, sorting, encoding filing and proper storage of finance files.
• Support regulatory internal and financial audits.
• Will be assigned to different verticals such as Accounts Payable and General Accounting.
• Performs other accounting tasks and projects required to support the accounting department.
