The Sales Operations Specialist will be responsible for setting up and managing the CRM system (HubSpot) and optimizing sales processes. This role will be critical in aligning Sales, Business Development, Marketing, and Revenue Management, ensuring that the company’s sales operations are efficient, data-driven, and scalable.

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 CRM Setup, Management & Optimization 

  • Help lead the setup, customization, and ongoing management of HubSpot CRM, ensuring it aligns with sales and business development processes.
  • Create and maintain CRM dashboards and automated reports, tracking pipeline performance, deal velocity, and conversion rates.
  • Train and support sales, BD, and client services teams on CRM best practices and data integrity.
  • Work with leadership to define CRM workflows, automation, and integrations with other business tools.
  • Ensure data accuracy and hygiene in CRM to prevent duplicate records, incomplete data, and inconsistencies. 

🔹 Collaboration with Sales, BD & Marketing

  • Work with Marketing to track lead generation effectiveness and sales funnel impact.
  • Support Sales & Business Development by ensuring lead qualification and deal handoff processes are seamless.
  • Assist in defining pricing strategies, commission structures, and revenue tracking methods 
  • 2-5 years of experience in sales operations, CRM management, or business analytics.
  • Proven experience in setting up and managing HubSpot CRM (or equivalent CRM platforms).
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, BD, Marketing, and Finance teams to align on sales and revenue goals.
  • Excellent process improvement and automation skills, optimizing workflows for efficiency.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset, with the ability to translate data into sales strategies. 
  • Has background as a System Administrator (Hubspot.
  • Has background in managing process flow and building dashboard, reports and analysis
  • Experience with CRM automation, API integrations, or workflow automation tools.
  • Exposure to B2B sales environments, SaaS, or service-based businesses. 
  • Data Analysis background (Sales)
