The IT Asset Manager is responsible for overseeing all asset management processes across all KMC sites, ensuring that all assets are managed appropriately. This includes tracking and managing company assets, ensuring efficient use and timely maintenance, and overseeing the asset lifecycle from acquisition to disposal. The role also involves ensuring compliance with internal policies and standards, as well as ESG/ISO, PEZA, DENR, and other government regulations.

- Asset Management:
- Track and manage company assets, ensuring efficient use and timely maintenance.
- Oversee the asset lifecycle, from acquisition to disposal, in line with company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of company assets and ensure data integrity.
- Implement and manage asset tracking systems and tools.
- Ensure asset stocks are maintained.
- Manage the deployment and movement of assets across all sites, ensuring they are tracked properly.
- Compliance:
- Ensure all asset management processes meet internal policies and standards.
- Conduct audits to maintain compliance and operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards, including ESG/ISO, PEZA, DENR, and other government regulations.
- Process Improvement:
- Streamline asset management processes for greater efficiency.
- Implement technology to automate routine tasks and improve accuracy.
- Develop and implement best practices for asset management.
- Plan to adopt AI and automation for process improvement.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with other departments to maintain asset lifecycle guidelines.
- Lead the team and its stakeholders to ensure effective asset management.
- Budget Oversight:
- Develop and manage the asset management budget.
- Monitor spending, implement cost-saving strategies, and ensure budget compliance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related fields.
- 5+ years of experience in asset management.
- Strong knowledge of ISO compliance and budget management.
- Proven ability to manage and track assets effectively.
- Familiarity with asset tracking and management software.
- Experience with NetSuite, MS NAV, or similar tools is a plus.
