We are looking for a meticulous and detail-oriented ESG Research Associate to join our dynamic research team in Manila. The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting, verifying, and organizing data to support our research efforts. This role is crucial to ensuring the accuracy and completeness of our data, enabling our Research Analysts to focus on high-value tasks such as data analysis and report production.  The role is a project-based, hybrid position that requires some regular office attendance. This position is based in our Makati City office.

  • Collect and compile data from a variety of sources, including online databases, surveys, and internal systems.
  • Verify the accuracy and completeness of collected data, ensuring high-quality standards are met.
  • Maintain and update databases, ensuring data integrity and consistency.
  • Assist Senior Research Associates, Analysts, and Managers with data-related tasks, providing accurate and timely data as needed.
  • Perform basic data analysis and generate reports as required.
  • Collaborate with team members to identify opportunities for process improvement.
  • Adhere to data privacy and confidentiality policies, ensuring the protection of sensitive information.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, Economics, Political Science, International Relations or other related field of studies.  
  • Strong research skills
  • Proficiency in data collection tools and software
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of other languages an advantage
