We are looking for a dedicated Deal Operations contractor to support our Deal Desk team. The Specialist will play a critical role in supporting our growth by providing operational support and quality assurance.

• Support deal desk operation for Benchling’s Sales team
• Ensure salesforce opportunity hygiene for ongoing deals
• Review and approve SFDC opps for closed-won deals, ensuring all necessary information has been inputted correctly; identify and flag errors cross functionally 
• Support Benchling’s ongoing CPQ implementation project by testing
  
  
  

• Able to work during AMER business hours (at least partially) 
• At least 2 years of experience as an analyst or similar role in a technology-focused company
• Strong ability to understand and provide guidance on complex sale processes 
• Have experience and strong understanding of SFDC (accounts, opportunities, reporting)
• Can communicate with sales executives, finance and other deal desk team members in a clear, succinct and concrete way
• Can manage deadlines and deal with ambiguity and change
• Experience with Salesforce CPQ is a plus.
