Reporting to the Senior Manager, Engineering, you will have excellent knowledge of content management systems and love working across multiple websites, working to deliver the best possible content experience.

 

Media sites about pages, contact etc. making sure up to date.

  • Event sites content.
  • Ticket coupon codes.
  • Knowledge Centres adding content.
  • Jobs boards adding content.
  • Photo Store loading.
  • PAWS.
  • Couldi content.
  • Daily website checks.
  • Socials.
  • Page layouts - check with style guide.
  • Support internal staff with CMS issues.
  • Aviation Mag

To apply for Application And Software Development, you are excellent at:

  • Using Wordpress, Joomla and Drupal to update and maintain content across our portfolio of over 50 leading websites.
  • Loading photo galleries, jobs boards content, new ecommerce products and keeping our social profiles up to date.
  • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure content is updated in a timely manner with a high level of accuracy.
  • Performing daily website checks across our core platforms to ensure they are error free.
  • Regularly performing tests on key website features to ensure they are bug free.
  •  Working closely with the engineering team to fix any website issues identified.
  • Offering site recommendations or improvements to the internal team.
  • Ensuring consistency across all websites.
  • Drafting, documenting, and implementing processes and procedures of content administration and management.
  • Assisting the editorial team with any CMS issues they encounter and assist with page layouts.

Your Success Profile includes:

  • Excellent written and verbal English.
  • Experience with website content management systems, preferably including Wordpress, Joomla or Drupal.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, high-energy environment that requires the ability to multi-task.
  • Strong numerical skills.
  • Knowledge of basic HTML/CSS preferable.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.

 

 

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum of 1 - 2 years of proven content administration experience, ideally in a media business environment.
  • Experience with multiple content management systems
