- Work with BSAs to maintain and enhance our Salesforce implementation
- Develop a detailed understanding of CRM core application architecture and how Salesforce integrates with other systems, including NetSuite
- Manage production issues related to Salesfrorce and Advanced Approvals
- Identify and implement operational improvements, enhancements, and customizations
- Mitigate risks associated with projects, have a high technical complexity
- Act as an SME in the discovery and investigation of critical production problems
- Maintain and support Price books, Products, Quotes, Approvals, Product Rules, Price Rules, Workflows, Validations, Custom Objects, Page Layouts
- 2-4 years experience implementing, configuring, and administering SFDC.com and/or Salesforce
- Salesforce Administrator preferred, Salesforce CPQ Certification nice to have
- Experience with custom objects, formulas, validation rules, workflows, process builder, approvals, assignment rules, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, Data Loader
- Experience working in an Agile project delivery environment
- Knowledge of Salesforce CPQ and its data model and capabilities; Advanced Approvals are a plus
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Detail oriented, well organized, and ability to multi-task in a results oriented business environment
- Must be service-oriented with the ability to thrive in a team environment
- Action-oriented and proactive, continually displaying a sense of urgency
- Ability to translate ideas and/or needs into working solutions quickly
- Proven creativity and problem-solving skills; ability to work around obstacles and solve problems with minimal direction
