The Company Driver is responsible for providing safe, efficient, and timely transportation services to the executive. The driver will ensure all transportation needs, including daily commutes, meetings, and personal errands, are met with the highest level of professionalism and attention to detail. In addition to safe driving, the driver must maintain confidentiality, reliability, and a customeroriented attitude.

- Provide shuttle service to the CEO and family members
- Complete transportation services from business meetings, events, personal appointments, and other locations as requested, ensuring timely arrivals.
- Conduct safety driving skills
- Manage and coordinate schedules ensuring availability of the company vehicle.
- Complete the daily and weekly vehicle maintenance checklist, including inspections and any necessary maintenance to keep the vehicle in optimal condition.
- Ensure the company vehicle is regularly cleaned, washed, and kept in pristine condition both inside and out, including keeping supplies stocked for the CEO's comfort.
- Monitors and give heads up for the schedule of vehicle PMS
- Immediately report any accidents, injuries, and vehicle damage to Immediate Supervisor
- Handle all personal and professional matters with the utmost discretion and respect for the CEO’s and his family’s privacy and confidentiality.
- Fulfill any other transportation-related requests from the CEO or as directed by the company, including last-minute changes or emergency travel needs.
- Proven experience as a personal driver, preferably for high-level executives.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. - Strong knowledge of local traffic patterns, routes, and areas.
- Ability to handle a flexible and demanding schedule, often with last-minute changes.
- High level of professionalism and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Proven reliability and trustworthiness, with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Strong problem-solving skills, especially in emergency or unexpected situations

Has Valid professional driver’s license with atleast “2” restriction

High school diploma or 2 year vocational course

Preferably more than 2 years of professional driving experience

Preferably with Training in defensive driving but not required
