The Procurement Analyst plays a pivotal role is achieving procurement strategies. This position involves managing the vendor set up process, supporting the procurement team in supplier relationships while maintaining operational performance. The analyst will also assist collecting and evaluating data.

• Communicate with vendors / suppliers / subcontractors effectively through email
• Collect documentation from vendors and distribute to proper internal stakeholders.
• Communicate with internal teams such as Legal, Risk and Compliance, HSE and Quality.
• Follow up with all stakeholders to ensure timely return of documentation.
• Track KPI’s on vendor setup process.
• Finalize vendor setup in GP
• Support the team in collection of data for various uses such as spend data, supplier data, contract data, etc.
• Regularly evaluate Vendor setup process and identify areas for improvement to enhance efficiency and reduce costs

• 2-3 years of experience similar to the role.
• Expertise in Procurement, Contract Management, and Purchasing.
• Prior experience working with Global Teams (US, EMEA, APAC)
• Good English communication and written skills.
• Proficient in using different MS Applications (Teams, Excel, Sharepoint, etc)
• Experience working for Oil, Gas, and Power industry is preferred.
• Previous exposure to CRM tools is a plus
