The Purpose Driven Career Objectives of a Senior Human Resources Manager
The Senior Human Resources Manager will play a key role in the development as a key member of the leadership team, and wider APAC HR function, the Senior Human Resources Manager will be responsible for establishing the people & organization frameworks and practices, aligned to the Global offices, to enable the business delivery.

- Recruitment & Onboarding:
• Partner with the Country Head, Technical Leads and acceleration partners to ensure recruitment of right people at right time and at right cost.
• Take local accountability for delivery of the overall resourcing plan.
• Develop and execute local onboarding plan and activity that leverages overarching narrative and provides a compelling and sustainable EVP in market. - Career Management:
• Establish a career development framework, based on the SFIA competency framework, that provides individuals and teams with clear development and progression opportunities.
• In partnership with Global company and third-party providers, develop training and learning pathways to enable the technical development of employees.
• Ensure the implementation of fit for purpose appraisal and development processes aligned to business requirements. - Reward & Recognition:
• Develop and implement competitive reward and recognition approach to incentivize high performance.
• Lead the development of a progression and promotion framework that engages and rewards individual performance - Communication & Engagement:
• Define and execute internal communication strategy to engage and inform employees
• Develop employee well-being activities to support health and positive employee experience
• Lead the regular check-in/employee experience survey activity and facilitate development of plans to address identified opportunities/issues - Workforce Planning
• In partnership with Technical Leads, establish optimum resource requirements to deliver business requirements. Manage the delivery of the workforce plan, ensuring budgets in place
Your Success Profile includes:
- Ideal experience:
• Demonstrable experience of working in a start-up, digital/technical delivery centre
• Proven expertise in defining and delivering a people/organization strategy aligned to business strategy
• Strong HR operational capability, including sound knowledge of labour law - Required Skills:
• Ability to work collaboratively with in-market, regional and group stakeholders
• Flexible and adaptable; a proven track record of and preference for working in change environments with ambiguity.
• Self-starter; highly skilled and hands on in both creating clear strategies and plans and delivering practical, pragmatic actions
• Skilled in solution generation – with a positive ‘can do’ attitude and approach to overcoming obstacles - Monitoring Task:
• Guarantee the alignment with the Global HR “standards”
• HR admin support: manage 3rd party vendor/acceleration partners on providing the HR admin support according to the Global company and Local requirements / needs
