· Understand all UMA and partner systems, and effective use of them
· Execute delegated tasks with good time management and attention to detail
· Execute daily order and inventory flow management processes
· Answer customer reviews and questions for all assigned eCommerce partners
· Manage new product builds in a timely manner for all assigned eCommerce partners
· Actively maintain eCommerce content updates on a daily and weekly basis
· Ensure accuracy of UMA content and proactively initiate improvements with the content team
· Attendance and participation in daily audio/video calls and meetings. Audio and video requirements will be set forth by your manager.
· Perform other periodic tasks and trainings for the support of eCommerce partners as delegated by your manager.
· Provide daily updates and reporting as manager requests
· Reports into Director of Ecommerce and Ecommerce Managers
· Works on a PST schedule of 8am-5pm PST
