US Staff Accountant

Job Description

The Staff Accountant will report directly to the Senior Accountant. Our ideal candidate has eye for detail and the ability to multi-task diligently.

Responsibilities

• Perform monthly bank recs
• Tabulate monthly credit card data into Excel template
• Post monthly credit card charges into Quickbooks
• Post Tax Returns & K-1s into the Network Drive and Investor shared files
• Assist with 1099 Processing

Requirements

• Experience with MS Office and Outlook
• Experience with Quickbooks Desktop is a plus
• Typing speed and accuracy
• Attention to detail
• Organizational skills, with an ability to stay focused on assigned tasks
