We are seeking a Content Administrator to join our Knowledge Management team. The KM Team manages our new employee portal The Landing, the front door to content and information. The Content Administrator is an integral part of our Dynamic Work team that is focusing on enabling our teams and employees with choice and flexibility while maximizing opportunities for engagement and community building. This role will work in
tandem with our Sr. Knowledge Manager and Content Specialist to spearhead crossfunctional engagements with our business teams helping them to design and build content to, assess platform and content metrics, and collect Voice of the Customer feedback.

- Partner with Site Managers on development of sites within The Landing
- Consult with content owners to review existing content, including creating inventories, participating in planning meetings and identifying content issues
- Engage with stakeholders at all levels of the business
- Act as a champion for KM and promote continued enhancements in process, content, and IP best practices within the organization
- Develop and manage information architecture as well as taxonomy to enforce effective internal communication
- Regularly analyze and communicate success metrics for the platform, the sites, and the content
- Engage routinely with business teams to understand functional business requirements to inform long term KM platform strategy, enhancement, and updates
- Proficient in Knowledge Management platforms (wiki’s, intranets, handbooks, etc) and possess the ability to learn and engage with new platforms quickly
- Comfortable identifying improvements, gaps, and impediments and elevating them for visibility
- Able to manage and prioritize tasks based on organizational, department, and team deliverables and timelines
- Energized by fast paced, high growth environments and manage change by leveraging your organizational skills and flexibility
- Confident in engaging with senior leaders
- Passionate about employee experience, customer feedback, and working crossfunctionally for the best solutions
- Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of experience in knowledge management, library science, organizational learning or a relevant advanced degree.
