- Search Campaign Management
- Set up, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns, including search, Demand Gen, and performance max.
- Set up, manage, and optimize search campaigns on other platforms such as Bing Ads as required.
- Conduct in-depth keyword research, campaign structuring, ad copy creation, A/B testing, and bid management.
- Optimize and provide ongoing recommendations for campaign performance.
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, ensuring KPIs are met.
- eCommerce Campaigns
- Set up and optimize shopping ads across Google Merchant Center, Bing, and social commerce platforms.
- Create and manage campaigns on social eCommerce platforms, such as Facebook Shops, Instagram Shopping, and TikTok Shopping.
- Setup integrations between ad platforms and eCommerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, and BigCommerce.
- Setup, track, optimise towards, and report on conversions and other shopping-related metrics such as CPA, ROAS, and AOV.
- Monitor and improve product feeds, and troubleshoot feed issues for optimal campaign performance.
- Strategic Planning & Optimization
- Develop tailored paid media strategies to meet client objectives and drive ROI.
- Identify and implement new opportunities for campaign growth, including emerging ad formats and platform features.
- Ensure campaigns align with broader business and marketing goals.
- Test and refine creative, targeting, and budget allocations to maximize performance.
- Collaboration & Reporting
- Partner with creative, content, and analytics teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution.
- Provide actionable insights from data analysis to improve campaign strategies.
- Deliver comprehensive performance reports and recommendations to clients and stakeholders.
- Google Certified
- Proven experience setting up and managing Google Ads campaigns
- Strong knowledge of shopping ads across Google Ads and Facebook, and eCommerce platforms, particularly Shopify.
- Hands-on experience with Google Merchant Center, product feeds, and troubleshooting feed issues.
- Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in platforms such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and TikTok Ads Manager.
- Ability to create and optimize ad copy, visuals, and landing pages for conversion.
- A data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and make actionable recommendations.
- Experience with additional platforms like TikTok Ads, Amazon Ads, Snapchat Ads, or Pinterest Shopping.
- Familiarity with third-party tools for campaign management and reporting (e.g., SEMrush, Looker Studio).
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for Shopify or landing page optimization.
- Google Ads and Meta certifications are a plus.
