The Procurement Senior Specialist for Technology Services will spearhead procurement initiatives within the organization, ensuring alignment with KMC Solutions operational goals and adherence to policies. This role will focus on coordinating purchasing activities and asset management across various technology services.

The main responsibilities of a Procurement include:

• Collaborate cross-functionally with technical teams including TPMO, Service Desk, On-Site Support, Network Operations, System Engineering, Voice Engineering, Sales, and Finance.
• Update and maintain Service/Purchase Requests, tasks, and Asset Management systems accurately.
• Verify and deliver loaner equipment, manage break/fix requests, upgrades, and accessories to meet client and technical demands.
• Prepare inventory (imaged/un-imaged assets, accessories, monitors, etc.) for shipping and delivery.
• Manage shipping logistics to field locations, ensuring timely and organized pickup.
• Oversee safety stock levels of consumables and maintain organized stock rooms.
• Physically receive assets in the IT Hardware Depot, ensuring QR Code scanning and verification in asset management systems.
• Conduct weekly cycle counts and report on spares and repairs.
• Government compliance for importation clearance shipment from abroad
• Warranty and Repair management
• Coordinate break/fix operations for computers, network gear, and telecommunications equipment.
• Liaise with shipping couriers (FedEx, DHL, UPS, etc.) for efficient shipping and clearance processes.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the technology services team
