As a People Operations Coordinator, you’ll play a critical role in keeping the team’s People programs and processes on track, evolving, and thriving! In your role, you will be exposed to, and have the ability to support our client’s employee life-cycle, shaping the employee experience by administering thoughtful, business-critical and people-focused programs.
This role will join the People Operations team, ensuring we are delivering a best-in-class experience that supports our culture and mission. Confidential and accurate data entry, support, and maintenance across People systems

Provide first line support in response to employee requests regarding our client’s programs, policies, resources, etc.; triage, prioritize, and escalate as appropriate

Responsible for US and global employment verifications request processes and execution

Provide project management and administrative support to regular people ops and total rewards processes
-
Provide administrative support as needed to the People Ops, Rewards, and Analytics team
-
Provide support for ad-hoc requests and tasks as needed

3 or more years of HR administration experience

Proficient in Workday

Proficient in Google Suite

Experience in utilizing Asana application or an equivalent work management tool to facilitate work
