Position Description:

The ideal candidate for this role has 10+ years of professional experience, with a good portion of
their experience managing large teams and multiple business towers. This person is a highly
motivated team player, has excellent attention to detail, and can work cross functionally, as well as
independently.
 

Duties and Responsibilities:
 
  • Own Philippines Shared Services function
  • Oversee overall Philippines Operation including but not limited to: Order Management,
  • Provisioning, Procurement, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, IT, HR, Lead Generation
  • Directly manage the Compliance Team on an interim basis; may possibly manage other
  • business functions too
  • Enforce local rules and policies, help manage PIPs, and handle disciplinary actions
  • Assist and manage local recruitment, including proper onboarding of new hires
  • Act as local signatory for the shared services site
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure new hires are set up and provisioned
  • Manage a growing shared services operations team as it continues to expand
  • Take point on solutions related to contractor performance
  • Provide SLA and KPI reporting on Philippine operations
  • Continuously evaluate and make improvements to the operations
  • Hold regular all-hands meetings with the Philippine team to provide updates and guidance
  • on the shared services objectives and strategy
  • Facilitate quarterly business reviews to key stakeholders of the Philippines operation
  • Assist in analysis and management of shared services groups across all geographies as
  • requested by management

Required Skills and Experience:
 
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 10+ years of professional experience, ideally managing large teams
  • Ability to use Excel and Powerpoint proficiently
  • Manage multiple tasks in deadline-driven environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Prior experience in a high tech/software/SaaS organization is a plus
