The Senior Onboarding and Contract Management Officer is responsible for reviewing and managing employment contracts for all Talent As A Service (TAAS) employees. The role ensures clarity and accuracy of contract language, including clauses, benefits, and annexes, while maintaining compliance with the Labor Code of the Philippines and other regulatory requirements.
This role also supports and oversees key aspects of the end-to-end onboarding process, ensuring employment contracts, employee requirements, and onboarding documentation are completed accurately and on time to enable a smooth employee start.

- Draft, review, and audit employment contracts to ensure clarity, accuracy, and compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to design and finalize employee benefits packages and Total Rewards components.
- Provide guidance on employment stipulations, benefits structures, and contractual provisions.
- Oversee and monitor onboarding operations, including team capacity, process compliance, and overall efficiency.
- Ensure end-to-end onboarding processes are followed and that all employment documentation and requirements are completed prior to start dates.
- Maintain and monitor onboarding platforms, databases, and new hire tracking systems to ensure accuracy of records.
- Conduct pre-onboarding discussions and coordinate with stakeholders and service providers for background checks, PEME, and other pre-employment requirements.
- Troubleshoot onboarding or contract-related concerns and recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and candidate experience.
- Prepare reports and analytics on employment contracts, onboarding activities, and trends.
- Stay updated on relevant labor laws, HR regulations, and best practices.
- Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
- At least 5 years related experience with benefits administration. Exposure to total rewards administration with flexible benefits is highly preferred or its equivalent capacity as HR generalist.
- At least 2–3 years of experience in recruitment, onboarding, or HR processes.
- With exposure to contract management or its equivalent capacity.
- Solid background and foundation with the standards of the Labor Code of the Philippines.
- Strong command and highly proficient with the English language.
