  • You will be responsible for supplier invoice registration and processing in Readsoft (invoice processing tool) and/or verification in IFS (ERP)
  • You will handle email communications and vendor statements/reminders reconciliation
  • You will be responsible for weekly payment executions

  • You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration or any similar practice
  • The ideal candidate is a resilient team player who is goal-orientated, with high personal integrity and who demonstrates a high level of commitment with the ability to work independently
  • As you will be working with a variety of nationalities/people, it is vital that you have a strong customer service mindset and will be able to communicate effectively with people at all levels in speech, writing, and presentations
