The Process Excellence Manager will lead enterprise-wide process optimization and transformation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, quality, and scalability across the organization. Using the DMAIC framework and other continuous improvement methodologies, this role will execute projects that deliver measurable business impact—such as cost savings, cycle time reduction, automation adoption, and improved service delivery. The role will also build organizational capability by training and mentoring teams in process excellence tools and techniques.

Enterprise Process Improvement & Optimization

  • Lead company-wide process improvement initiatives using the DMAIC framework.
  • Redesign and streamline cross-functional processes to drive operational efficiency and improved customer experience.
  • Identify automation and digitalization opportunities to eliminate manual work and enhance productivity.
  • Develop project charters, conduct root-cause analysis, and deliver quantifiable project outcomes.

Operational Excellence & Performance Management

  • Conduct operational reviews across various departments to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
  • Implement data-driven solutions and monitor performance metrics to ensure long-term sustainability.
  • Drive standardization of best practices and continuous improvement methodologies across the company.
  • Oversee project management activities to ensure alignment with organizational priorities and timely completion.

Leadership, Capability Building & Collaboration

  • Act as a strategic partner to leadership teams, ensuring improvement initiatives support overall business goals.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to strengthen service delivery and operational alignment.
  • Train, coach, and mentor employees on Lean Six Sigma, DMAIC, and other process excellence frameworks.
  • Foster a company-wide culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
  • 3–5 years of experience leading process improvement or operational excellence initiatives in any business function.
  • Strong background in the DMAIC framework with proven, measurable results (e.g., cost savings, reduced cycle time, automation).
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification highly preferred.
  • Experience in workflow automation and digital process enhancement.
  • Strong analytical, facilitation, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Experience in training and coaching teams on continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Exposure to enterprise transformation initiatives across multiple departments or business units.
