The Creatives and Communications Senior Specialist plays a key role in driving strategic internal communications and campaign execution across the organization. This role is ideal for a communications professional who can manage end-to-end campaigns, align messaging across departments, and ensure that all communications are clear, cohesive, and engaging.
This role acts as a central communications partner and project manager, working closely with various teams to translate business needs into well-structured communication plans and campaigns. This role ensures that messaging is aligned, purposeful, and effectively delivered across all platforms, while also supporting creative execution to bring initiatives to life.
The position contributes to strengthening employee awareness, driving engagement, and reinforcing KMC’s culture through intentional communication strategies and well-executed campaigns.

Organizational Communications & Campaign Management

Lead the planning, development, and execution of internal communication strategies and campaigns across various departments and initiatives.

Act as the primary point of contact for communication requests, ensuring alignment on objectives, messaging, timelines, and delivery platforms.

Translate business needs into structured communication plans, including key messages, formats, channels, and rollout strategies.

Ensure all communications are clear, consistent, timely, and aligned with KMC’s tone of voice and employer brand.

Review, edit, and finalize communication materials such as announcements, emailers, presentations, toolkits, and employee-facing content.

Establish and maintain communication frameworks, guidelines, and best practices across teams.

Drive consistency in messaging across all internal platforms and touchpoints.
Creative Campaign Support & Execution

Support the development of creative assets required for campaigns, including digital collaterals, presentations, and engagement materials.

Work closely with creatives or designers to ensure visual outputs align with communication objectives and messaging.

Provide direction on how communications should be visually presented for better engagement and clarity.

Assist in conceptualizing campaign themes, storytelling approaches, and content formats.

Ensure all creative outputs are aligned with brand guidelines and campaign direction.
Communications Platforms & Content Management

Oversee and manage internal communication platforms, ensuring content is updated, organized, and relevant.

Ensure effective utilization of platforms such as email, internal portals, and engagement channels for campaign rollouts.

Maintain consistency in content structure, formatting, and messaging across platforms.

Analyze engagement and effectiveness of communication efforts and recommend improvements.
Campaign Collaboration & Engagement Support

Support major employee engagement initiatives by ensuring strong communication planning and execution.

Collaborate with the People Engagement Team in promoting programs, events, and culture-building activities.

Contribute insights and ideas to improve campaign reach, participation, and overall experience.

Participate in brainstorming sessions, campaign planning, and post-activity reviews.

3–5 years of relevant experience in creative design, visual communications, or a related field.

Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Multimedia Arts, Graphic Design, Marketing, or any related course.

A strong digital portfolio showcasing creative leadership, branding, and visual storytelling.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly PowerPoint (design-heavy decks), Word, and Excel.

Experience supporting HR, employee engagement, events, or internal communications is an advantage.

Advanced graphic design and creative execution skills using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, After Effects), or similar tools.

Strong eye for design, layout, branding, and visual storytelling.

Good written communication skills with an understanding of tone, audience, and messaging flow.

Experience or working knowledge of video editing and motion graphics.

Ability to lead creative direction, manage feedback, and guide outputs collaboratively.

Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
