About the Role
We’re looking for a Graphic Designer + Video Editor who can create high-quality static and motion creatives across social media, ads, website and brand content. You’ll work closely with marketing/content teams to turn briefs into scroll-stopping visuals and short-form videos fast, clean, and on-brand.

Key Responsibilities (Design)
-
Create social media creatives (posts, carousels, stories), ad creatives, banners, thumbnails, and email assets
-
Design pitch decks, one-pagers, brochures, and brand collateral when needed
-
Maintain brand consistency (colors, fonts, layout systems) across all platforms
-
Create reusable templates for faster production (Canva/Adobe)
Key Responsibilities (Video)
-
Edit short-form videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Podcast,LinkedIn, etc.

Add subtitles/captions, motion graphics, cutdowns, transitions, and sound design
-
Create product/company videos: promos, explainers, event recaps, testimonials (as needed)

Repurpose long videos into multiple short clips (hooks, highlights, teasers)
-
Ensure correct export settings for each platform (aspect ratios, codecs, sizes)
Required Skills

Strong fundamentals: typography, composition, color, spacing, visual hierarchy
-
Strong video editing fundamentals: pacing, storytelling, audio cleanup, captions
-
Ability to interpret briefs, take feedback, and iterate quickly
-
Excellent time management and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Understanding of platform-specific creative styles (what works on IG/LinkedIn/YouTube)
-
Efficiency with AI tools that can help for designing and video editing would be an added advantage
