The Customer Experience Apprentice is expected to perform tasks with supervision, with standard professionalism, and a positive attitude. It is expected that the Customer Experience Apprentice is capable and able to assist and help manage the front desk, office/ facility, and clients/ members.

FRONT DESK MANAGEMENT:

  • Assisting to provide support at the reception/front desk through:
  • Assist in welcoming and receiving applicants, visitors, and clients of the Company.
  • Assist in handling daily incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Assist in receiving, distributing, and filing incoming letters, billings, invoices, documents, and/or other communications.
  • Assist in manning the front office on a daily basis.
  • Assist with photocopy, printing, and scanning client requests.
  • Assist in preparing and accomplishing errand forms.
  • Any ad hoc duties as required.

 

GENERAL SERVICES / TENANT SERVICES

  • Reports and coordinates any workplace issues.
  • Assist in providing administrative support to members.
  • Provide unmatched customer experience.
  • Build strong relationships with members.
  • Assist in enforcing company policies and procedures, and safety and health regulations and standards.

 

GENERAL ADMIN

  • Assist in preparing office/ site activities and events.
  • Assist in offering and serving refreshments to Clients/ visitors
  • Assist in the distribution of weekly treats and Quarterly CSAT treats
  • Follows operational processes and procedures
  • Assist in enforcing house vision and security policy

 

GENERAL OFFICE MAINTENANCE / FACILITIES MANAGEMENT

  • Assist in maintaining Office Show-readiness, cleanliness and maintenance
  • Coordinate with Customer Success POC/ Lead for any notified facilities/Building issues

MINIMUM COMPETENCIES:

  • Capable of dealing with local staff and foreign clients

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Student of a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, BS HRM, or any similar courses
  • Knowledgeable in MS Office applications (MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
