A career in our client services practice will provide you the opportunity to help institutional investors and management consultants discover new insights and make cutting edge business decisions by connecting them with industry subject matter experts for 1-1 discussions. As part of our team, you will develop a deep understanding of a client's underlying research interest and build a knowledge base of multiple industries.
No two days are the same at Capvision. At one moment you will be assisting a hedge fund's research into the European airlines market by recruiting an industry expert in the space. At the next you will be working alongside a global management consulting firm and speaking to a former c-suite executive from a Fortune 10 company who can provide insights into the United States eCommerce and Grocery Delivery space.

- We will ask you to challenge the norm and contribute to solutions to build something new to shape our firm. Have an idea on something we could be doing better? Set up a meeting with your Director of Research to build a proposal and watch your idea become a reality.
- Directly manage a team of Associates, including training, coaching, workload management, and engagement.
- Ensure team members are achieving targets and KPIs.
- Contribute to a fast-paced company growth strategy through training junior team members, process improvement planning, and account strategy
- Due to the global nature of our business, Managers will need to be flexible in working hours for engaging industry experts in various geographies and managing team outcomes.
- Strong academic background gained in any undergraduate degree.
- 2+ years of leadership experience in high-volume, client-facing delivery roles (e.g., sales, recruitment agency, or fast-paced BPO).
- Has built a team ground up - ideal
- Able to do and learn the process together with the associates
- Direct experience managing a team of at least 5 junior members and stakeholders, with a demonstrated ability to hold them accountable to individual targets and KPIs.
- Proven experience building a team from the ground up, including involvement in hiring, onboarding, and establishing foundational processes.
- Solid background in sales with a proven track record of succeeding in high-pressure, metric-driven environments.
- 1.5+ years of working experience at an expert network/primary research firm preferred, not required.
- Fluent and strong proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Strong time management skills and ability to set own schedule without falling behind on tasks.
- Detail-oriented, strong organizational skills and ability to multitask projects in a fast-paced & changing environment both independently & collaboratively.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team environment.
- An energetic self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset who can learn quickly and actively seeks out new business opportunities.
