As Documentation Support, you will work collaboratively with the Group BIM and Technical Lead, Senior Technical Designer, Lead Designers, Senior Interior Designers, Documentation Manager and Head of Delivery to support the production of Cachet Group project documentation.

- Build and coordinate projects in Revit using existing templates including setup of new projects for the team. 
- Create base Revit models for Cachet projects through importing provided CAD drawings, PDF’s and site 
photos.  
- Generate accurate modelling of existing spaces through conversion of LiDAR scan point cloud model to Revit 
model.  
- Produce interior technical drawing documentation packages for workplace fit outs including joinery 
documentation.  
- Develop conceptual drawings, test fit etc. for specific projects and clients. 
- Coordinat Revit modelling and construction documentation in line with Cachet project requirements and 
standards. 
- Assist in the technical delivery of specific Revit projects where required. 
- Revit design to be to LOD300 (Level of Development) standard.

Revit Project Setup & Coordination
- Project Setup Accuracy: 100% of Revit projects are set up using approved 
templates and naming conventions. 
- Initial Model Delivery Time: Base Revit models created and delivered within 2 
business days of receiving inputs. 

LiDAR & Point Cloud Integration
- Scan-to-Model Conversion Time: Convert LiDAR point cloud data to Revit models 
within 3 business days of scan delivery. 
- Model Accuracy: Achieve 95%+ spatial accuracy in scan-to-model conversions 
validated by technical lead. 

Technical Documentation Quality
- Drawing Accuracy: Maintain a documentation error rate below 5% across 
technical and interior packages. 
- Joinery Documentation Completeness: 100% of joinery packages include 
required views, dimensions, and annotations. 
- Documentation Delivery Timeliness: 95% of documentation packages delivered 
on or before agreed deadlines. 

Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement 
- Stakeholder Satisfaction Score: Achieve an average rating of 4.5/5 or higher from 
project leads and designers. 
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Participate in weekly coordination meetings with 
design and technical teams. 
- Feedback Responsiveness: Implement documented feedback within 2 business 
days.

• Proficiency in Revit - Commercial fit-out, Architectural background
• Required to create base Revit models from CAD drawings, PDFs, and site photos
• Must deliver Revit designs to LOD300 standard
• 5+ years experience
• Bachelor's Degree, ideally in Interior Design/ Architecture/ similar field
