You will ensure the optimal performance of our core business systems, primarily Salesforce. As the frontline of support, you will troubleshoot issues, build efficient automations, and drive continuous system improvements. • Support & Continuous Improvement: Manage frontline Salesforce requests. Troubleshoot user issues, identify recurring patterns in support tickets, and use these insights to proactively improve systems and reduce future friction.
• Solution Design & Automation: Design, build, and test efficient solutions in Salesforce and related systems using declarative tools.
• Quality Assurance: Functionally test solutions, conduct change impact assessments, and adhere to change management processes prior to release.
• System Maintenance: Maintain data/metadata/package backups, keep pace with Salesforce releases, and continuously refine our infrastructure.
• Communication & Documentation: Keep users updated on ticket progress and maintain clear, functional documentation for training and reference.

• Experience: Minimum 2+ years administering GTM tools and Salesforce (Salesforce experience is strictly required).
• Salesforce Expertise: Deep knowledge of the Salesforce data model
• Automation Skills: Proven ability to build automations in any platform (e.g., Salesforce Flows, Apex, n8n, Zapier, Workato, Power Automate, Make)
• Learning Agility: A demonstrated learning mindset with a track record of picking up new tools and systems rapidly.
• Capabilities: Strong problem-solving ability and excellent communication skills.
