The Compliance Intern will support the Legal & Compliance team in ensuring that the organization adheres to applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies. This role is ideal for students or fresh graduates seeking hands-on exposure to compliance processes, regulatory monitoring, documentation, and risk management in a corporate environment.

  • Assist in monitoring compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
  • Support documentation, filing, and tracking of compliance-related records (e.g., permits, licenses, reports)
  • Help prepare compliance reports, summaries, and presentations
  • Conduct basic research on laws, regulations, and industry standards relevant to the company
  • Support onboarding and compliance requirements tracking for employees or entities
  • Coordinate with internal teams to gather required compliance information
  • Perform administrative tasks related to compliance monitoring and record-keeping
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Legal Management, Business Administration, Accountancy, Finance, Political Science, or a related field
  • Basic understanding of compliance, governance, or regulatory concepts is an advantage
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
  • Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment
  • Familiarity with regulatory bodies or compliance frameworks
  • Basic data tracking or monitoring experience (e.g., Excel trackers, SharePoint)
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
