- Organize, facilitate, and set agendas for the weekly sales enablement calls.
- Capture action items, follow up on previous discussions, and ensure alignment across the sales enablement and sales teams.
- Track and report attendance.
- Maintain the enablement calendar, keeping it updated with training sessions, key sales initiatives, content refreshes, and other critical enablement activities.
- Coordinate scheduling across departments to avoid conflicts and optimize participation.
- Manage logistics for in-person onboarding sessions, coordinating with HR and training facilitators to ensure a smooth, efficient experience for new hires.
- Assist in planning and executing in-person and virtual enablement events, including enablement quarterly business reviews, sales kick-offs, regional training sessions, and skill-building workshops.
- Coordinate with facilitators, manage attendee lists, and handle all logistics related to these events.
- Act as a central communication point, keeping sales teams updated on upcoming enablement activities, content releases, and program updates.
- Manage internal newsletters, emails, or other communication channels that support information flow and alignment.
- Report on the enablement team's metrics, providing insights to inform stakeholders on performance.
- Document and maintain enablement processes, create standard operating procedures (SOPs), and support continuous improvement by identifying process inefficiencies.
- Track the renewals and needs of enablement tools and technologies, ensuring that all necessary resources are up-to-date and aligned with business goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams and procurement to assess tool effectiveness and identify potential enhancements or replacements.
- Maintain organized and accessible content in Google Drive and Highspot.
- Regularly audit and update content to keep it current, relevant, and aligned with the latest messaging and product information.
- Oversee the technical administration of the Highspot platform, including user management, permissions, and content organization.
- Partner with the marketing creative team to ensure content reflects the latest branding and currently produced content is being leveraged so there is no duplication of work.
- Track and analyze content usage, effectiveness, and engagement metrics to determine what’s working and what needs improvement.
- Use data-driven insights to refine content strategies and improve content effectiveness.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in sales enablement, marketing operations, project coordination, or a similar support function
- Prior experience in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment preferred
Skills & Competencies:
- Highly organized with the ability to manage calendars, logistics, and multiple workstreams simultaneously
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for coordinating across departments
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement
- Ability to document and maintain processes, templates, and enablement materials
- Collaborative team player who can adapt quickly and support changing priorities
Tools/Systems:
- Familiarity with enablement tools such as Highspot, WorkRamp, or LMS platforms is a plus
- Experience with productivity and collaboration tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Slack, Asana, Confluence)
- Basic understanding of Salesforce or CRM workflows is a plus
